1. Subscriptions
Unodio Premium subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly, quarterly, or yearly cycle.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Since our services provide immediate digital access to the full catalog, we do not offer partial refunds or credits for any unused subscription periods, except as required by local consumer laws.
2. Coin Purchases
Coins purchased for unlocking specific audiobooks are subject to the following rules:
- 14-Day Refund Window: You can request a full refund for a coin package purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided that no coins from that package have been spent.
- Spent Coins: Once any coin from a package has been used to unlock a track or book, that package is deemed consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Expiry: Unodio coins do not expire and will remain in your account until spent.
3. Technical Errors & Issues
If a transaction has processed but you did not receive your coins or subscription benefits due to a technical error:
- Please contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID or payment reference.
- We will investigate the issue and either credit the missing coins/subscription time manually or issue a full refund at our discretion.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under the terms above, please email us atbilling@unodio.com.
Please include:
- Your Unodio Account Email
- Your Dodo Payments Transaction ID or Payment Reference
- The date and amount of the transaction
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund
5. Revisions
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
