I almost skipped this one because the title didn't grab me. Really glad I didn't. The content inside is miles ahead of what the description suggests.
The way Edgar Allan Poe uses stories and examples to illustrate points is really effective. Doesn't feel like a lecture at all — more like a conversation.

Recommended by my colleague and I see why. The kind of book that makes you feel smarter without making you feel like you're studying. Light touch, heavy impact.
