Couldn't put it down — figuratively speaking

I specifically look for audiobooks with a natural narration style — nothing worse than robotic delivery. This nails it. Very easy to listen to for long stretches.

Highly recommend to anyone who loves this genre

Good balance of depth and accessibility. You don't need a background in this topic to follow along, but it never feels dumbed down either. Well done.

Listened during a long drive — made the trip

Finished it in four sittings. Usually takes me weeks to get through an audiobook. Says a lot about how gripping The Black Tulip is.
